Tariff and Conditions | Availability of Cottages

Byre Cottage: sleeps 5, one double bedroom, one room with bunk & single beds.

Black house: sleeps 2, one double bedroom.

Vallay House: sleeps 5, one double bedroom, one twin, one dressing room and one single room (with additional pull-out bed if required).

Groups of up to 18 can be catered for at special rates, depending on availabilty.

A deposit of £95 is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable four weeks before arrival. There is an additional tariff per person per night above six persons per unit.

We are currently accepting only U.K. cheques or Sterling. Electronic transfer can also be arranged but all bank charges to be covered by yourselves. We can accept credit cards through PayPal, please contact us for details.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation as the deposit is non returnable and the balance can only be returned if the cottage is re-let. Should the accommodation become unlettable through circumstances beyond our control, you shall be entitled to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.

Electricity is metered and settled at the end of the week along with any breakages or damage charges incurred. Laundrette facilities are available at reasonable cost per use. There is a BT phone box 1/4 mile away. There is no television reception available using terrestrial aerials.

Please note that all accommodation is strictly no smoking.
