Modern, bright & cosy with lovely views upstairs, 2 minutes from the Beach. Beach House is a 2 storey house with 4 bedrooms. It is a modern build attached to the original ‘kennel’ of the Borvemor House from the 18th century and has an enclosed garden - perfect for young children and dogs.

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/living area, a double bedroom and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bath. Upstairs there is a further large double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms with a snug area attached. There is also a further bathroom with shower. Attached to the property the old kennel is now a store room/utility with washing machine, drier and utility sink and room for any extra equipment such as golf clubs, boogie boards etc.

BEACH HOUSE REVIEWS

Had a wonderful holiday in a very comfortable house very close to a beautiful beach! We were extremely lucky with the weather and watched the sunset from the picnic table overlooking the beach also lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins playing!
The art studio near to the house had wonderful local crafts and artwork really worth a visit. Would definitely recommend a stay at the beach house!

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped, having everything we required. It was very clean and cozy. Location was peaceful and the nearby beach was stunning. Hosts were helpful before and throughout our stay. Hoping to return sometime.

We had a fantastic time at Calum and Karen's house. It had everything a family needed. Plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Having the utility space was fab - great washing machine, tumble dryer, extra toilet and shower and fridge freezer. The space upstairs was ideal for our teenager (meant he wasn't forced to spend anymore time with us than was necessary!). The beach was just a short walk down dunes, which was perfect for early morning walks with the dog. The location was ideal. Close to the community cafe (4mins drive), 10 mins drive to the community shop with fab local crafts upstairs (other direction to the cafe). Stunning beaches in every direction - and a fab 9-hole golf course nearby. Harris was more than we imagined, and the accomodation was spot on for our needs. I am already missing the peace and chilled pace of life we had on the island.
